Knowledge & Skills Required
Include but are not limited to:· University Degree or equivalent in Public Administration, Business Administration, Event Management or a related field would be considered an asset. A High School Diploma is required.
A minimum three (3) years experience in a related position is required.·
Must be a values-based thought leader.· Must have a thorough understanding of administrative duties, and event management processes, methods, and approaches.
Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.· Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and decision-making skills are required.
Must have the ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a high level of professionalism.·
Must have the ability to foster and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.·
Must have a future-oriented perspective with an international scope.·
Proficiency with computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point in a Windows environment are required.·
Experience with Salesforce or another customer relationship management system (CRM), will be considered an asset·
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design, and social media will be considered assets.·
Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.·
Must have a valid passport and we able/willing to travel regionally, nationally, and internationally as required.
